CHIKO: Chinese-Korean Eatery

The fast-casual CHIKO has been open a year, and it is making headlines throughout D.C. In June, the Chinese-Korean eatery took home the RAMMY for New Restaurant of the Year. The award from the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington recognized CHIKO as a pacesetter in food, beverage and service.

Acclaimed chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno, and Andrew Kim helm CHIKO, the first restaurant from The Fried Rice Collective restaurant group. Want a modern take on Chinese and Korean fare? Try the pork and kimchi potsticker or cumin lamb stir fry. For guaranteed seating, make a reservation for the four-seat kitchen counter. Otherwise, the main dining room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
